I couldn't play my grand piano because of complaining neighbours, then I decided to soundproof my study and move the piano in there. After sending out a few enquires, Metropolitan Insulation was quick to respond and after a site visit, James came up with a very reasonable quotation within my budget and arranged a date for the works. It went ahead according to schedule, the work was neat and the team was able to adapt to user requirements and site constraints. Still waiting to move the grand piano in there but I tested it out with a digital piano, there was very marked improvement which should be enough to solve the problem. Josh and James of Metropolitan have just improved the whole quality of my life! I had a real problem with an incredibly noisy Saniflo macerating bathroom pump in my eaves, directly above my bedroom. It was a challenge because the pump could not be raised in height at all yet needed significant acoustic layering beneath it. Josh worked incredibly hard all day and came up with a brilliant solution still ensuring the pump worked perfectly.
