James and his team were patient, helpful and honestly didn’t push a hard sell at all, or recommend any service that was not needed. We were buying our first property and knew energy costs were soaring and sought to insulate before we moved in and somehow on a timeline that was inherently uncertain.

James and the team went above and beyond for our flat in London, which underwent a huge renovation only 2 years before, and we thought it was soundproofed to a high standard, but soon realised that the previous contractors had done a bit of a botched job. Erlis and the team removed the entire ceiling once again and installed new soundproofing of the highest quality, and the difference is night and day.

The flat was still brand new, but they made sure to cover every corner of the flat to ensure minimal to no damage. They re-did the electrics, repainted the ceiling to a high standard. We can’t tell that anything has changed. Except now we can sleep at night - (as there is no noise from the flat above!)

James was patient and thorough in his explanations of what work was needed.
