The Problem

Closeboarding, corrugated asbestos and slate Issues with condensation, lack of insulation, old structures. Conventional solutions would need to use chicken wire or adhesive with taping to attach. Time consuming and falls away needing re attachment.

The Solution

We apply 50mm closed cell thermal insulation that is Class 1 BBA rated and approved. Not only will it adhere permanently, it will give high u values, encapsulate the asbestos making it safe. Completely eliminate the condensation issues also.

The Result

All units insulated for life with tough durable commercial insulation that will last for 25 years plus. 500m2 done and dusted in just over 2 days. Fast and clean service.

James and the team went above and beyond for our flat in London, which underwent a huge renovation only 2 years before, and we thought it was soundproofed to a high standard, but soon realised that the previous contractors had done a bit of a botched job. Erlis and the team removed the entire ceiling once again and installed new soundproofing of the highest quality, and the difference is night and day.

The flat was still brand new, but they made sure to cover every corner of the flat to ensure minimal to no damage. They re-did the electrics, repainted the ceiling to a high standard. We can’t tell that anything has changed. Except now we can sleep at night - (as there is no noise from the flat above!)

James was patient and thorough in his explanations of what work was needed.

I had a noisy flat above me (could hear voice, TV and footsteps etc). James did a thorough inspection of the flat and explained what options I had. Pete and Liam did a fantastic job at installing the new sub ceiling (which has made a significant improvement to the noise and my life).Pete and Liam did the works whilst I was away on holiday and left the flat extremely clean. We had one minor snagging issue with a light - which was rectified promptly (in my opinion, that’s when you know you’ve picked a good contractor - most you never see again!)
